Woohoo! I think I'm getting better, yes? I really like how this came out! This is the photoshop version of [link] , also named untitled. Why can't I think of a name for this? Meh. Anywho, I used layers! Hooray, layers! PS isn't as intimidating now as I once thought it was...

It looks kinda off in the thumbnail...

~~~
As I've said this was done in photoshop (Elements 3.0)
Probably took 6-8 hours, but I'm not sure...I've worked on it on and off in the past couple of nights.
Wow! Nice! I really like the color scheme. PS will become your best friend pretty soon! You should give Open Canvas a shot if you haven't already, it's another great program. PS doesn't have pressure sensitivity (as far as I know) when using your wacom, and programs like Open Canvas or Corel Draw which are made specifically for wacom and wacom-like inputs have the pressure thing built in. *nods*
Thanks! There's a few brushes with pressure sensitivity, but I stuck mainly to the default brushes. Open Canvas and Corel Draw? Just as I open one door, more come into view! When am I gonna get WoW time? hehe
Thank you so much for your comment!
Woo-ho! This is BEAUTIFUL! Great collors they create a sad and depressed mood very well! And I love her expression! And she seems to be so cold :( I really want to give her my coat right now. Great work! Keep it up!
Thank you! :) I wasn't too sure about making her dress red, but I knew black or blue would end up blending in with everything else. I guess the shade of red works, though I might try messing around with it at a later date...
Thanks again for your kind words! :hug:
I really like the textures of the tree and dress.
The coloring and lighting are also nice. And great work on the tears and hair. :)
